At Vastra Cartel, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:
📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

Fulfillment Time: Depending on the product type, fulfillment may take up to 5–7 working days.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, based on your location and chosen shipping method.
🚛 Shipping Methods & Charges
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs:

Air/Express Shipping: ₹63.70 per 500g (including GST)

Surface Shipping: ₹50.00 per 500g (including GST)

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹40.12 per order (including GST)
Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
🔄 Return to Origin (RTO) & Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to us. We manage returned orders for up to 100 days, allowing for potential reshipment. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded.
📍 Serviceable Areas
We deliver across India. In cases where standard courier services are unavailable, we utilize India Post to ensure your order reaches you.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this ID to monitor your shipment's progress.
