At Vastra Cartel, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we’ve got your back.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged item

Size exchange (only if the original product is unused and tags are intact)
To initiate a return, please email us at support@vastracartel.com within 3 days of delivery with your:

Order ID
-
Reason for return
-
Unboxing video (for damage/defect claims)
Important: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
🔄 Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange, subject to availability. You’ll need to:

Inform us within 3 days

Ship the item back to us (we’ll share the address)

Pay a small reshipping charge (₹100–₹150 depending on location)
💸 Refunds
We issue refunds only in these cases:

Item is out of stock after payment

You received a damaged or defective product and we don’t have a replacement in stock
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
🚫 No Refund/Exchange On:

Clearance/Sale items

Products without original tags
-
Used or washed items
-
Delayed deliveries due to courier issues (though we’ll always help you track!)
📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side (wrong or damaged product).
